Course Description
The most common type of Western massage. Its original form combines massage and physical exercises. The classic Swedish massage covers the entire body and is aimed at massaging the muscles. The massager refreshes and conditions the body with smoothing, rubbing, kneading, vibrating and tapping movements. It reduces pain (back, waist and muscle pain), speeds up recovery after injuries, relaxes tense, spasmodic muscles. In order to improve blood circulation and digestion - according to the traditional method - the patient must also do some physical exercises, but an excellent effect can also be achieved without this. It reduces pain (such as stress headaches), accelerates recovery after injuries, prevents the atrophy of unused muscles, relieves insomnia, increases alertness, but above all promotes relaxation and reduces the effects of stress.
