Course Description
Massage is one of the simplest and most natural therapeutic methods, with which we can prevent diseases, eliminate symptoms, and preserve our health and performance. The effect of the massage on the muscles: The performance capacity of muscles pretreated with massage increases, the performed muscle work will be more persistent. After regular work and the performance of athletes, the massage applied to the muscles promotes the cessation of fatigue, the muscles relax more easily and faster than after simple rest. The purpose of a refreshing massage is to achieve blood flow and muscle relaxation in the treated areas. As a result, a self-healing process starts. Massage is complemented by the use of beneficial herbal creams and massage oils.
